      I use this leaf as a tea. It can help lower inflammation and increases urination.

      A south-American favorite that provides you with energy during the day with less acidity (compared to coffee); better metabolism & mood … I don’t recommend having it late in the day.

      I personally do not advise using this as a regular supplement. I only use this as an emergency / travel remedy if I’ve consumed something that feels toxic to my body and I like to speed up its passing through my system.

    • 100% Cranberry Juice (no added sugar)
      Cranberry juice can help keeping UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) at bay and it may have heart and digestion benefits as well. You can get this product at your local grocery or health store. (Whole foods, Sprouts, …) It’s important to use the product without added sugar and “Cranberry Juice” listed as THE ONLY ingredient. Word of caution: Cranberry juice is SOUR!!! [I happen to LOVE sour! :D] …
